Routing audio between two audiocards on on pc via esi directwire possible?

I have audigy2 and esi juli cards. I want to use esi juli card in the daw and that card will record from mic via its input and i want to hear sound from phones out of audigy2 because esi juli has no phones out. Esi juli has some directwire feature which allows routing. Can it be used to get what i want?

You can do routing between two audiocards in a daw using asio4all driver or wdm driver in the daw. Of course if you select asio driver of a specific audiocard you won't be able to choose any devices of the other audiocard. Since wdm driver gives latency asio4all is the prefereble way to go. Asio4all is said to use kernel streaming. So it's kind of a bridge.
