I am starting this topic while i am still affected(which is not good idea) by user's email(first and hope last)about that he think that his money deserve more than i offer(in this specific case 1154 presets i just send for free after donation of 19,90eu) - so this was straight to my heart,cuz i spend most of my sleepless nights to improve sound quality and usability of sounds i offer and continue improve them,despite i don't need to do it,so lets calculate what can a man buy with 10 -20 euro...Probably bottle of wine and cheeseburger,which probably from users point cost more than sound designers two-three months of work...
I want to make statement - money from soundsets are non refundable,don't donate,dont use,dont even look at any designers site,i don't give a sht BUT please stop been ashols writing that you NEED your money back and start appreciate creator's effort in this not very friendly music environment.Thanks and no it's not advertising cuz i am on one step distance to shut down my site and never offer to anybody a set again.

honestly if I were you I would just ignore it. Not everyone is like that. A lot of good people out there and a few bad ones make us all sick

Thanks man,i know i am seriously affected right now - sorry but nobody buy bottle of vodka and after drink half decide that this specific vodka isn't good enough for the money and want the store 2 refund money for already used item,probably the problem is that i have to stop send free updates,i thought that it's good innovation that will make users happy and satisfied, but as the wisdom say 'There is no unpunished good'.Cheerz,sorry for all d emotions:):):)

Thanks guys,it's difficult to satisfy all users demands or needs - one customer write me 'there is quiet presets,fix it' i fix it risking to damage the original idea but customer is always right - then add new stuff and sending them note some stuff are db revisited - other guy decide to write me that my stuff sucks,it's impossible situation

:)Two weeks ago i offer to sell high quality piano i bought during the black Friday with amazing discount,after trying it in several projects i realize that my compositions need more synthetic plucky sound,but i don't write to developer bring me back my money,in the end decide to keep it cuz it's really good i eventually will find it's place in a future projects...

Don't waste your energy on some ungrateful, selfish jerk. You'll end up angry and bitter, there's quite a few of them. The vocal minority, whine, whine, insult, insult...
There's also quite a few who like what you do, they're just quiter.

Don’t take it personal, but when all the presets sound the same I can agree with the user. Most of the patches are literally one changed noted in the arp seq. I am sorry but maybe you should focus on quality instead of overwhelmingly the same patches. Others will agree

To be honest when I first got it I wanted a refund, as well as with the wags library I bought which I will never support him again

hehehe it's hilarious already :)kids what i do is for serious people,you better try another toys (not necessarily music) the demo videos show exactly what it is inside,did you miss this...as all other 1000+ stuff hahahha.Cheerz
