Spark workflow question

did they ever get this to work: assign velocity to one of the controller knobs and then press and hold a step button and dialing in some velocity by turning the controller knob?

I know I can do that with other parameters, but I've never tried with velocity.
I've got the CDM controller. What knob is supposed to change velocity?

@artao i mean any of the three assignable controller knobs (the ones on the right hand side of the SparkLE or the set of threes above each pad on the Spark).
i find it rather annoying that an Arturia mod visited this forum without answering btw. i'm still sure their support sucks big time...
