Grouping Tracks

I suddenly found all of my tracks grouped! I don't know what key I pressed, or how I did it. I didn't know how to undo it.

Where are the actions to group and ungroup tracks?

Well, if I clicked it once by accident, I must have clicked it twice to get out!

I kept trying to right click or click on the group itself....
