Is it possible or is there another way to get that "mpc" swing other than programming all of my drums in piano roll?

The swing slider is about all you can do to the step sequencer. It works well, actually.

it's sounds mechanical because it applies the same timing changes to all the notes/beats. If you want more complex timing, you have to use the piano roll. It's your choice - simple or complex!

Of course, there's always the immenseley useful "Shift" parameter in the step sequencer, which lets offset time on any given note. You can also save/load sets of these, so yes, that's how you get groove quantization in the step sequencer.

Also, if you just send everything to pianoroll, you can use the Humanize function which gives you some different options.
