G-Sonique X-Prog 4600 is modern plug-in multi-instrument/rompler created for PROGRESSIVE PSYTRANCE / PROGGY MUSIC, Morning PSYTRANCE, Classic Trance and MINIMAL music, but can be used in all electronic music styles like TECH/DEEP HOUSE, melodic uplifting trance, classic psytrance/full-on
psytrance, chillout, electro house, edm, experimental etc.

X-Prog 4600 includes 172+ high quality, multi octave / multi-layer instruments/sounds ready for music production. You can create your own FXs/Soundscapes/Instruments with various synthesizers, but it is difficult and very time consuming process, usually you must spent long hours creating just one sound with same quality, X-Prog 4600 makes your production easier and faster, you can choose from hundreds of high quality sounds made by professional progressive/psy producers in speed of just few seconds, modify them with internal parameters or use external vst effects (filters, modulators, reverbs,
delays etc.) to re-create your own unique sounds. So with X-Prog 4600 your production become more professional, faster and you can fully focus on creating melodies, arrangements, beats etc. X-Prog 4600 also saves lot of your CPU and RAM (it is much more effective than basic synthesizers). This plug-in include everything what you need to spice your production: fat proggy basses, progressive and futuristic soundscapes, digital plucks, complex evolving synthesizers, pad/textures/atmospheres, special effects, wobs and hits, futuristic leads, FX, risers, drones and much more. Listen to the demo videos or better DOWNLOAD DEMO with few example sounds. X-Prog 4600 FULL include huge library of 1,2GB internal files packed together with plug-in!

All instruments/sounds can be additionally modified with LFO (rate and depth) modulating volume/expression, Panning, Pitch, amplitude envelope - attack, decay, sustain, release, Pan, Space, you can choose glide (+ glide time), mono, legato or polyphonic modes, load additional bonus instruments etc. You can layer two or more instruments together to create new kind of sounds (use two X-Prog 4600 Layered together with different instrument/preset but with same melody) and use various external G-Sonique VST effects to modify the sound to brand new level. X-Prog 4600 uses special multi-sample/multi-octave Hard drive streaming technology which saves your RAM (data are loaded from hard drive) with precise hiqh quality sound interpolation. X-Prog 4600 is available for Windows and Mac (VSTi plug-in in x32/x64bit for Windows, VSTi plug-in for MAC, AU Audio Unit plug-in for MAC)

Top features:

Is it MPE compatible?

You probably mean MPE MIDI Polyphonic Expression, to work with devices like Roli Seabord right?
To be honest we didnt tested it with these keyboards, it is relatively young technology and we have to study it more detailed. There is chance that it can work if DAW is compatible with MPE, plug-in receive also pitch information. You can try demo: https://www.g-sonique.com/demos.html
and check yourself if it works with MPE. Thanks for information.

The demo sounds quite nice and as a progressive psytrance producer, I'm your very target audience. However romplers is something most psytrance makers prefer to avoid, at least for the psy-specific sounds. If you made a synth capable of these sounds but with more editing capabilities, perhaps a wavetable-based one, I would be very interested.

Love your Ultrabass btw, it finally helped me to get the exact bass sound I need, now it is my default bass tool.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

Sorry, can we ask about laughing smile? :-D

It is Rompler (many professional producers use romplers, also famoust Omnisphere is rompler for example)
so yes it use multi-sample technology (more sampled sounds/waveforms so it sounds good in scale of more octaves) and it use harddrive streaming to save RAM space (so not every sound is saved to ram but streamed from hdd)

thanks for info

DSP Robotics Forum wrote:That whole G-Sonique is very confusing. They use flowstone to make plugin, which we know is 32 bit only. They also say that internal bridging can be used in hosts to load the plugin, and if the host does not support it, jbridge can be used. However, they do have their own bridging system somehow, because when I tried renegade, in the task manager there was some custom bridging thing going on, and my host loaded their plugin as 64 bit and not 32.
Is this still true ?

As you can see this plug-in is also Audio Unit for MAC, x32 bit x 64 bit native VST 2 and 3, VST for MAC (flowstone or any bridge cannot create audio unit plugin!!)

in the past we were using flowstone, it is professional development interface allowing to write codes in assembler, pseudo c++ and ruby programming language, its main benefit is speed and visualizations, you see all codes and blocks connected instead of only pure code (while you are writing all important blocks in programming language like oscillators, filters, envelopes, effects etc.), you can measure all parts of code schematics real-time to make it sounding much better (see frequency, harmonics, waveform),, it saves lot of time of development so smaller team of 2-3 programmers can do the same work as big team during same or shorter period of time

My thoughts exactly :D Though for someone who's just starting, this gives a very nice starting point.

Thank you for your nice gentle words

I know omnisphere has some very basic synth possibilities like very simple osc waveforms etc. but Im sure 95% people using it as rompler - all that beautifull pads, textures etc. goes from its sample/rompler part not from basic static waveforms, shocked u dont know...

Also Nexus is rompler, Kontakt instruments are romplers,,, and they are used by best pro musicians

Now we are focusing on this type of instruments and they are NOT made in flowstone (they are Audio Unit for MAC, VST 2 and 3, x32x64bit native, VST for Mac, simply universal, flowstone can compile just windows vst)

Thanks, we are working on hardware synth for psytrance now.

Regarding romplers sure we understand you, but on the other hand we know many professional psy producers who are playing at the biggest festivals worldwide and using romplers too, it saves lot of time and you can focus on production, melodies, arrangements, mix, mastering,, if you use external fx like our psi spiral or infected manipulor you can create new sounds in few seconds. Anyway most people are using similar sounds In 'psytrance like supersaw leads, fx lasers and FM sounds, for example most of hitch tracks sounds almost the same also without romplers
