I'm looking for a program to edit the parameters (specifically vendor name) on a VST. Bear with me, there's nothing nefarious involved.

Currently TAL Elek7ro is under the vendor name TAL-Plugins while the other plugins from TAL are under TAL - Plugins. I think anyway, I'm doing this by memory. What this means is I have two TAL headings in Cubase. Essentially I'm looking for a way to make them the same and fall under a single heading.

Obviously this isn't an end of the world problem, but it would be nice to do.

Is it possible?

Some DLLs may not be modified this way, but you can also use a hex editor, simply search for the string. The checksum will not match after editing, though.

Looking for a program to edit .dlls (let me explain)
