I want to buy a mid-range microphone to over voice and for podcasting .
I've searched alot about microphone for a week . but I cant choose .
some people say buy consender . some guys say buy dynamic . all of them are expert .
I know the diffrences between them at least a little . but I've just seen contradiction .
some one says dont buy usb mic at all bcuz interface inside that is not professional so buy xlr mic + audio interface
another says a 250 $ mic has a good interface inside it
some one else says dont spend that much . bcoz it is not essential for you . buy a 20 $ mic + 40 $ interface .
but some one said dont care about Consender OR Dynamic .
when I want to choose one consender model like "NT-USB" or "Audio-Technica AT2020" or "SE ELECTRONICS X1 " and ... some thing makes me doubt that someone says that picks up alot of noise of room .
when I want to buy Shure SM58 someone says dont pay so much . Behringer XM8500 works like that.
now I have 2 options
1. USB mic
2. xlr Mic + inteface
and I dont want noise and also I dont want to spend money more than much that is necessary .
at first I wanted to buy Shure SM58 . but some guy said me buy BeyerDynamic TG V35 . sfter that some guy said Behringer XM8500 works like them .
now plz help me to choose suitable mic . but if the low price mic can do what I want . its better to spend less . I listed what I can buy

_Rode NT-USB ___Condenser
_Audio-Technica AT2020 USB ___Condenser

In my experience with both music production/recording and location video recording/post-production (including sacrificing countless hours of my life cleaning up other peoples' noisy footage) - if you don't have good room acoustics and ambient noise is an issue you'll get better sound with cardioid/hypercardioid dynamic mics. PERIOD. That doesn't mean it'll have the sparkle or detail of a good condenser - but you'll spend much less time having to clean the resulting recordings with spectral denoising, gating, EQ fixes, etc.
Mics I use on a regular basis are Shure SM7B and SM58 (both dynamic), Rode NT1A, and Blue Snowball, in addition to the built-in stereo condensers on Zoom and Tascam portable digital recorders.
When it comes to gear you end up spending less in the long run by buying quality, rather than getting cheap crap, selling at a loss, and so on before finally getting what you really wanted years later. Fortunately you can get a "keeper" dynamic for about $150 bucks, I'd suggest the Shure Beta 58.
If you're serious about voiceover work save up for a Shure SM7B or ElectroVoice RE20 and be done with it. You might get other mics in the future but you'll never "outgrow" these.
If getting a USB mic be sure to buy one with 24 bit resolution. The Blue Snowball has 16 bit resolution and no gain control, so you need to feed it a hot enough signal into or you can face noise/resolution issues. As you note you're stuck with the quality/limitations of the inbuilt electronics on a USB mic.
With all that said - it's worth it to spend some time & money to improve room acoustics. My bedroom actually has a good blend of diffusion, diffraction and absorption what with bookcases, folding futon, upright piano, and a closet door with a hanging shoe holder on each side. I put up a few foam tiles above the area where I record vocals, often hanging a down comforter behind the singer. I've gotten compliments from a pro studio where I work regularly.
