And one day we will have a brain plugin that allows you to have some stupid f'ing idea and when you type it onto a forum it comes out as something pure genius.

I'd like to see an application which translates a picture to music and vice versa, also one which translates a musical piece into a mathematical formula

Brain plugins hmm $29 each. I would like to have one that reads the whole thread for me before posting so I don't post something duplicate accidentally once againjacqueslacouth wrote:And one day we will have a brain plugin that allows you to have some stupid f'ing idea and when you type it onto a forum it comes out as something pure genius.

Amazon is working on this type of thing, or at least part of the equation. Here's Joey, the AWS Polly text-to-speech generator.

My guess is that they would need to do the following:
- Speech to text to get the words
- Transcribe the audio to MIDI to get the pitch, etc.
- Use the midi to direct the text to speech algorithm
