Temper from Creative Intent (Digital distortion plugin, VST, VST3, AU).

Temper gives me phase issues when using the AU in LPX 10.3.3 on send. Which is a shame because it doesn't have it's own wet/dry mix and using it on a send is the only way of balancing the distortion.
