Halion vs Kontakt

This must have been discussed a lot, but my search did not turn up any useful results so it would be nice to get some feedback on the pros and cons of each from those that have both.
I am thinking in terms of
Stability
(Does it crash? So far my Halion has been solid)
Pitch shifting
(Not to impressed with my Halion chipmunks, Kontakt better?)
CPU usage
(I don't find Halion very intense, How is Kontakt?)
Modularity
(How flexible is the sound editing? I think Halion is pretty good)
Sampling
(How easy and fast is it to sample sound and map it on the keyboard? Halion is ok, but there is something that just does not strike me as intuitive)
Libraries
(Extra sound libraries available. This seems hands down to be to be something that Kontakt owns hands down)
Other features?

Stability is good in both, pitch shift i don't know, cpu usage is equivalent (maybe kontakt a bit less), modularity i prefer halion, sampling halion hands down (i don't even think kontakt can sample directly), libraries : kontakt of course is miles ahead others, but maybe this will change in the future according to what k6 will bring on the table.

A sampler that can not sample... that is so weird... so Kontakt is a pure sampleplayer then.

There are many such samplers out there. "Sampler" can also mean "sample player", not just "sample recorder".

In the days of hardware from the beginning a sampler was an instrument that could sample. Then later on Akai made som cheaper version that could only sample and named it sampleplayer. They screwed this up in VST-land.

If you already own halion, why do you bother with kontakt's sampling feature ? Use halion for sampling purpose and kontakt for what it's the best at : streaming awsome libraries. You don't even need the full version with kontakt player.
