Height Adjustable Desk, how to use my Studio Monitors? Adjust them too

i mean it should be great and more healthy instead of ALWAYS stitting..... especially cause of production in the box. BUT! what about my beloved studio monitors? Adam A7X?

I got those tripods

they cannot be so high like about 1.85m, and i wouldnt want to always adjust them manually while changing position (sitting/standing)

do you have any tips, recommendations what to do?
i thought maybe to get a bigger tapleplate and put the Adams on there, but then i need some small tripods or something which will heighten them and the sound is still in the magic triangle.
