I can confirm VPS Avenger looks nice and crisp on a 4K screen.

Edit: And resizable too. In fact first time I opened it the window was huge

and too big, had to reduce it to 80%.

Bliss sampler is resizable.

Corona synth has 4 GUI sizes.

ToneBoosters plugins (v4) are all resizable to work with retina and 4K screens and give no blur associated with bitmaps (they are all vector based).

Korg Gadget for Mac looks great on Retina 4K. You can also zoom in or out to resize, sort of like you can with Ableton.
