Some would like to have attended Live Aid. Others, Farm Aid. And you?
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I missed seeing David Bowie on the Ziggy Stardust tour because I couldn't afford the £0.75p ticket price. I was still at school then, and my folks wouldn't give me the money. My dad thought Bowie was a bad role model.

I wanted to see Thin Lizzy on the Bad Reputation tour but my Mum wouldn't let me go. They were Kings back then.

That mythical Sex Pistols gig they didnt have that everyone later claimed to have gone to.

The concert by Tangerine Dream in Porto, when they came here at the beginning of the 80s (I believe it was the tour after launching Tangram). I will always regret missing that.

I saw them open up for Queen in 1975 in Boston, great show all the way around :tu:

Truly the answer to the question of the topic for me is Woodstock. I was just 10 then and I remember seeing it on the news, my parents balking at all the hippies and my saying to myself "yeah, when I'm old enough that's me" :hihi:
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

I was 9 when Woodstock happened. My takeaway from it was the Country Joe and The Fish call:
GIMME AN F! And so on.

Pink Floyd, circa DSotM, WYWH era, I wish I'd seen.
Also, Genesis with Gabriel, Selling England, or The Lamb.

Of course, would've loved to have seen The Beatles, Stones (1972), and Hendrix, but I was too young.

But I think Pink Floyd would be the ONE.
