I can not confirm that I'm not working on time stretching...but then, I kind of only planned "slicing" for the first sampler release...then we'll see when I get the stretching algo up and running...it's not like I'm in a hurry or antything is it?

oh, and talking about performer, I was thinking...instead of adding a performer to every comp, why not make a performer/triggering comp, where you can add any comp (sequencer, midi, audio or enverlope part comp) per midi key or other human movements...I'm not sure yet, need to think about it a bit more...so many cool options...

oh dear i REALLY want to try the new sampler!

the one thing i've been agonising about needing is a decent sampler that isn't really annoying. DS404 pisses me off with it's stupid function keys setup! why even call them F1-4 if you can't use F1-4?! stupid!

OMG yes!@ I will feel I've died and gone to heaven. I take it the audio/midi parts you add to this comp would be individual parts (not like the current audiopart which is multipart?)

If this were implemented could (would?) you potentially remove the multi-part functionality of audio and midi part comps?

And sequencers in the performer part!? you must be mad!

I think I'm going to start a new thread about this if nobody minds terribly
