Hundreds of people in the UK have received it. So, perhaps something happened to it. Can I suggest that you look around to see if it may have been delivered to a neighbor or waiting at the post for you etc. (this often happens). If it is nowhere to be found then contact: shipping@esoundz.com and let them know your order info. They'll make arrangements for you to get it one way or another. Some packages are also returned for various reasons (in correct address or other).

I'm in the same boat, only I have yet to receive a shipping e-mail. My credit card was charged, though, and I already paid the bill. Should I also send a note to shipping@esoundz.com?
