Anyway, it seems to be still working as there are 7 pages of discussion of a product about which we know virtually nothing. Though it may end up with people being strongly biased against the product before they even know what it actually is.

At the very least, after it comes out, you will have pages of people asserting that said product doesn't meet the definition of a "paradigm shift." I don't know about you guys but I just love those kinds of pedantic debates, I'm looking forward to it myself.

I am a scientist. Or, was, but the training is still there. I find it slightly offensive when some marketing weenie appropriates concepts that are generally beyond their intellectual grasp.

Then again, pedantry is underrated.

This is my new favorite guess. Actually tied with the clever guess I mentioned previously, a tie as they are both great for different reasons.

Unfortunately this isn't it but I really like that idea. And no, it wouldn't be a paradigm shift even for us but it is a cool idea.

Also, paradigm shift will make sense in context as stated before and focusing on just that might be a bit too deep in the weeds (meaning there are other clues in the things I listed previously).
