Today I released my first sound bank, Halcyon. This bank contains 100 cinematic-style ambient patches for use in Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2.
Inspired by a range of artists such as Brian Eno, Cliff Martinez, Vangelis, Boards of Canada and Jon Hopkins, Halcyon makes heavy use of Omnisphere's stunning PRO-Verb, it's outstanding collection of delays, the extensive texture soundsources and the incredible-sounding granular engine. From soft pads and serene textures, to delicate sequences and minimal basses, this patch bank has everything you need to make beautiful ambient soundscapes. Many of these patches make use of the mod wheel to easily create continually developing sounds.
This library is available now for £9.99 for a limited time only (regularly £19.99). More information at http://www.tomwolfe.co.uk/halcyon-for-omnisphere

Sounds good.
I happen to be a real time modulation must synthesist.
From the description can I assume there is no aftertouch or breath controller mapped and only some of the patches have modwheel assigned?
thanks

Really glad to hear you liked it Julien!Julien Unison wrote:Excellent soundset, I bought it immediatly after seeing this video
A lot of the patches have mod wheel assigned to create movement with the patches, there are only maybe a fifth of the patches without mod wheel assigned. I haven't assigned aftertouch or breath controller with these patches, although I will take this feedback in mind for my next patch bank!zvenx wrote: From the description can I assume there is no aftertouch or breath controller mapped and only some of the patches have modwheel assigned?
Thanks
