Even for permanent cloud licenses that you own? Scary

Found this in the Roland Cloud : Blib Blop.

A bit odd since there's hardly a lack of dedicated Chiptune sounds out there!

This image was posted awhile back on Twitter. What's most interesting are the instruments shown in the background that we haven't seen yet, which could be hints as to what is coming up. The JD800, the JV80, and rackmount instruments in the back definitely get my attention :phones:

Post

Well, I'm mainly subscribed for the D-50 and the JV/SRX Orchestra. Now if they add the JD-800 and all SRX expansions, that would get me on this Cloud forever lol.

Post

Hey, I've noticed a small update for the SRX Orchestra VST. Now it has linear knobs behaviour.
It would be great if they added a patch note though.

I was wondering what that was- are you seeing release notes anywhere?
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

Post

I was wondering about the same thing,

Just logged in to my iMac at home from work, and it updated pretty much every single instrument I have installed, except TR-808 and TR-909.

No included release notes, no news update on rolandcloud.com or on their Facebook page.

When you move your mouse up-down, the knobs also increase their values up/down. Previously in Roland plugins knobs were circular (nobody uses that anymore), which means you need to do circles with your mouse to change knob values, which is tiring and just not good haptics (it's not real hardware, it makes no sense with mouse).

No, they seem to be working back to the older ones- SH101, Promars etc still no love....

Wow, no more blurry fonts on the Jupiter and Juno. 200% looks as good as 100%

They updated the GUIs without updating the horrible circular mouse control?

Finally!

Did they perhaps add a setting that saves the zoom level you chose? Default (100%) on a 4K monitor is kinda small...
