Ever find/create a patch that changed your life?

It doesn't happen all that often, but every once in a while I stumble across a patch that really grabs me, or gives me an emotional high, or one I can't seem to stop playing. Sometimes it's a pad, and sometimes it's a lead sound, or even an arp or sequenced patch, and sometimes it's just a really good natural instrument sim.

I remember finding a tenor sax patch (can't remember now what plugin it was - might have been Edirol Orchestral ) that I couldn't stop playing. I'm not even a big sax fan, but this thing had such realism and expressive velocity! I just had to write a Sonny Rollins styled, lonely guy on a NYC bridge song with it.

My most recent discovery is called "MK2 Mellow Moon" for Zebra2 (with only a ? listed as the author). Well, it's not actually the original patch, but the result of my fiddling with it, but the final sound is impressive, to my ears and heart. I don't even know what collection it came from because I found it in one of my older Fave Collections, but the author deserves a pat on the back, IMO.

I'd love to hear about other's experiences with these wonderful patches, and the synths that feature them.

I've never had a patch "change my life" but I have either created patches or found patches created by others that have inspired a new song or hours of joyful playing.

As soon I modified the Micro Prism Reaktor ensemble to be MPE compatible I can't stop playing the Lithic Piano patch with my Linnstrument...
Also the Mellow Duduck in Equator is hard to stop playing with such an expressive controller...
But you didn't tell us the patches you stumbled across, I am curious...
