I'm hoping to get hold of Replika XT in a few days. At £22 it's hard to resist.

And so is being holier-than-thou. :borg:

Something that I have just noticed today: QuikQuak's MushTact. Very cool. Watch the video on this page:

Better that I do it than to have 10 or more of my fellow KVR members each searching on Google.

I never tell any one "google is your friend" in the case I do not provide a link.

I thanks you again for providing the link to the info.
I was actually on the NI site and somehow missed the Comparison tab.
Have a look at the post that followed. Where I said, "Here you go", and then referred to a demo being on the same page, was where I just forgot to paste the link.

As for telling people to google: I didn't do that neither. And I don't. However, conversely, I don't normally ask a question unless I have already come up with nothing in my own searches. Of course, the result is the same, i.e others did a very simple google search for you. And you still have the nerve to tell people how you always provide a link etc.

You aren't the only one who here who goes out of their way to help others. However, in this case, despite the 18 listed differences, the best answer is still to just demo the damned thing
I consider this mostly a friendly misunderstanding. I harbor no bad feelings with anyone and certainly not with you.

BTW the Replika sounds great. I was mostly concerned about the included features. The price is right so I will buy it later this month.

I'll echo a few others here and sing the praises of both Tantra and Permut8. Also, I just picked up a new guy called "Echomelt" by Physic Modulation that im obsessed with for that "vintage coloring" effect. One of my favorite delay/reverb plugins is reflex+ by STW Audio. There is a saturation/distortion plugin inside of Reason called Scream4 that I love the sound of.
Windows 10 PC. Reason. Cubase. Waveform. Reaper. Studio One Pro. Epiphone Les Paul Pro II. Nektar Panorama t4. Yamaha RBX Bass. Faderport 2. Eris E5 Monitors. SSL2 Interface. Audient Evo 4. AKG C214. Aston Origin. MXL 990.

Ps: I think you mean Multieffect instead of creative effect. For multi effects, you can't beat MXXX.
Hmmmm. Transfuser 2?
checked it out
Sounds great
On sale as part of the bungle total $60.

I have yet to jump on this deal.
Now thanks to you I may just do that.
Yes I have Xpand!2.
I own Transfuser. I even read the entire manual, but can't figure out how to use it

1) Insert Transfuserfx on an effect channel and route a sound to it.
2) In the Transfuser browser, under "Tracks>Factory", drag "Def Audio In" to the workspace in Transfuser. It's the first preset that appears below all of the folders under the factory presets.
3) Under the Efx section, there are 4 slots in which you can load effects. Load one. There are 21 effects to chose from.

You can add 4 effects per "strip" in Transfuser and there is also an insert effect (with 4 slots) for the entire instance of Transfuser, as well as 2 send effects each with 4 effects slots.

If you are talking about not understanding how to use the instrument version of Transfuser, I can't help you there. I have been playing with it without having to consult the manual.

Those default presets there at the bottom of the preset browser are your friend.
Play it by ear

I was thinking about buying it on a sale but not if it is not 64 bit.

BlueCat Axiom has their Destructor and Late Replies
under the hood, which makes for quite a powerful trio.
It also can host other vst plugins, so your favorites
are easy to integrate, pre or post. If your synapse ratings
are high and growing, you'll need to plan for sleep :hihi:

I also like Tantra, and z3ta+ 1.5 effects dll, as Cakewalk has
a great preset display system, and other synths may find a sweetspot
in one of the many pro Cakewalk sounds.

In Reaktor, the Bosomac effects are stellar.
