Well, I said I'd post some presets... so here's 10 of them along with a bunch of tips, tricks and basic explanation of how the presets work.

Robert, this tutorial is really helpful. I'll probably be revisiting it as I'm working on posting some of my own presets for Axiom/Destructor here in the BC subforum.

I'll try out the presets later this week as well.
