still thinking about getting symphobia 1 (and if money is enough maybe lumina or symphobia 2).
I'd say a qualified no. Symphobia 1 has a few solo strings, Symphobias 2 and 3 have a few legatos, but that's about it. Design-wise, I think the intention there is to have some featured solo instruments over a full orchestra, so if that's what you have in mind then fair enough. But if you ever want to break out into writing different lines for First and Second Violins, Violas etc then the whole Symphobia series won't help.

no i want mostly to add maybe 1 viola part and maybe e.g. staccato strings + 1 low brass. this is maybe the most atm. cause mostly i would mix it with pads, drones, hits etc :).

i like nexus cinematic xps for example but they really dont sound so great when u use them in a high quality cinematic production so thats why im looking for some kick ass orchestra sounds ;). but without spending 2k :/

The main purpose of orchestral sound libraries is to sound like orchestra and not like a single cello or violin.
You want solo cello? Go and buy cello sound library.

FYI, orchestras frequently enough perform music with a soloist, known as concertos; and they also have 'concertmasters' in addition to first chair in a large orch to perform solos which are not any concerto.

That has nothing to do with orchestral sound libraries because not a single developer will give you deeply sampled solo instrument and dump it in orchestral sound library.
You are talking random stuff, completely unrelated to topic.
