Well, great. Sylenth + Serum + Diversion will have most of the psy sounds covered. I may add some Virus sounds- or Viper ones instead (they really do sound very similar)
For the effects, besides Studio One's buil-in processing, I mostly use PSP mixpack, Izotope Ozone 7 (not advanced) and Alloy2, Valhalla VVerb and NI Replica. Do you have any of these? Iiirc Reaper has only very basic effects, dunno if they are any good.

From those, I have vintageverb and (freebie) Replica. Delay and reverb in Reaper are usable if nothing better is available but... I prefer third party 
Though some Stillwell plugins come built in without UI. As you can imagine those are very usable.
WarmVerb from Tone2 is IMO very good multifx that is available for free in computer music magazine issue 234.
