Hi,I haven't actually bought the software yet, I'm using a trial version, and I wanted to make sure it did some things before I did.
I need to record someone saying 3000 some odd seperate words. Then I need to make each of these words a seperate audio file. My idea would be, even though I haven't used the program, is that I would have a click track and the person would read after the click (on another track of course), then I would mark each click with some kind of deliminating tool which I assume Tracktion has, and then...? Is there a tool that will save all my deliminations as seperate files or would I have to go through and do each one? Are there any apple scripting options?
In case you are curious it's going to be for a pronunciation guide on the web.
Thanks!

Bueller....Bueller.....anyone?
Was it a dumb questions?
Ok I've got the demo version and I figured out how to "split selected clips at cursor". But what I can't test is what happens if I select all sub-clips and click "export". Will it just allow me to export just the first one I selected, or will it give several windows in sequence?
Come on do a guy a favor!

You get one audio file containing all the selected clips..xavinum wrote:Thanks Ost! I tried WaveKnife and it's exactly what I needed.ost12666 wrote:justg export to WAV and use waveknife to make many small files
