I updated to the latest version of liquidmusic on the 12th and when I open it, it's too small to read or even see if there's an option to adjust the size. I reached out to their support and it's been more than 2 weeks now with no response. Has any other users had this happen and know a fix? Maybe they will respond here faster than using their direct support.
I'm using windows 10 64Bit, with Live 10 64, latest version, RME UC USB interface.
Thanks! Riley

I think there was like a pre-sale question that went unanswered for maybe over two weeks, but that may have been because I already purchased it after sending the message.

I think it's usually less than a week to get back to me. You may need to make sure you are using the same e-mail that your purchased it with. I've been satisfied with their service.

I take it that you're not using the MaxForLive version, but I didn't have that problem with L10 Max device. Although their forum is bare, you should still try posting there.

Yeah, you're right. I'll try there too. Thanks! Riley

Finally got a response from Tech Support and it worked!

On some of the newer devices there are settings and workarounds available to override the higher resolution displays. The only one I know of is for recent Microsoft Surface Book 2: Right click > properties > compatibility > "override high DPI scaling behavior performed by: system"

for those of you having this problem too. Riley 8)
