Synthmaster One license e-mail

Hi. I purchased Synthmaster One last week using my wife's PayPal account. Because of that, the license is registered to my wife's e-mail account. I went to the KV331 Support form asking to change the e-mail address but have not yet heard anything back. For the moment, I am not using SM1 as I would like to get the license all worked out, but I'm really itching to get it installed.

I had the same request when I purchased Synthmaster, and that was resolved rather quickly.

How do you get away with It?
I’ve paid for this and still nothing from KV331.
