As the title says:
Because of my latest discussion on Looptalk, I am curious about this topic...
Lifetime free upgrades are generous but includes, that you are not allowed to resell your license of IL Software... especially FL Studio...

Would you if you could????

EDIT: PLEASE COULD ALL PEOPLE VOTING WITH "NO" ADD IF THEY ACTUAL USE IT STILL OR WAITING FOR A BETTER VERSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. Despite all the gripes I have with FL Studio I would not sell my license.
No signature here!

I don't get it! However, I think FL Studio has withstood the test of time, and have also expanded into the Mac market...which is good news indeed!

Good product, and they deserve the right to make their profits whichever way they so choose!!

I absolutely would, but then I'd probably buy it back later. But I'm fickle like that.

However, I can understand why Image-Line doesn't allow it, as I'm sure it would really degrade their sales.

Post

No way. FL Studio is amazing value for money and does what I need for mixing and sound design.

Interesting result so far... :-)

I almost never use it, but I would never sell it. I bought it back in version 3 on a sale or something and since then it got so many updates with lots of free stuff, it's quite ridiculous.
I just like to open it up every few months/years to see what cool free stuff I got.

Honest answer, thx...

I voted No.

Mind you, I have never owned it and never will.

Seems like half the people who bought it get delayed buyers remorse ten years later

If it could be resold I would consider getting it in the first place.

What, even if it had a $75 transfer fee ?

Because that is at least what they would need to impose to keep the "free for life" updates.

I would like to sell various of my neighbours, and sometimes members of my family. Teh frootyloops can stay.
