This one, I conclude it's A minor (using melodic minor scale) but, once again, the internet syas this piece is in the key of A Major.
Is my answer correct considering only the given melody?

Page one shows three sharps (A major) but none on page two (A minor) where your section seems to come from. So me thinks it starts in major, your section could be minor.

I'd have to have a listen at the full piece (I'd suggest you do just that), but I have no time for that and my staff reading abilities are worse than yours.
