basically, i see that advantage of stereo micing is a fixed setup and stereo image each time, no phase problems, or gain differences..
am i right in this?
and the advantages of matched pair is more flexible configurations (mid-side, wider spread???)
not really sure about this one.
looking for opinions.
i was looking at some nady stereo mic or a rodent4, but of course, the rode is more expensive.
