Hi,
I'm trying to contact Ableton but no answer for two weeks. I tried every method to contact but no luck.
Is there anyone from Ableton support here?
Thanks.

Have you tried standing outside in the street waving frantically and shouting HELP at the top of your lungs?
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

One thing that I noticed:
While my interactions w/ customer service were pretty fast (transfer license, doubts about pricing, etc.), when it was something that needed a dev, then it was much slower.
For example, once I reported a bug, only 2 weeks later I got an message from a dev asking for more info about it.
Seems if it is not something that customer service can solve on their own, then it can be quite slower.
