Patchdirector sound management looking for new developer/owner

Patchdirector is a software (Win & Mac) to manage all your sounds, no matter where they come from, from a plugin, a hardware synthesizer or samples. The development-stage for the purpose of releasing it into the wild is finished and it has been available free to download for almost a year (even the pro version is completely free).
I have no more time and financial resources to continue the development, but the idea has been enthusiastically received by many people and I would find it a pity if nobody finds themselves to develop it further.
I am looking for people who want to take it over from me and further develop and spread the program. There are no costs for the takeover.
