Help with Samplitude....please

Hi
The last couple of weeks I have been trying Samplitude. But I cant make midi an vsti working.


I am using the demo version 7.

when I hit record...It does not record any midi.

When I hit record...the sound from the vsti stops

..after recording ..there is not sound to the vsti. If I turn of and on my keyboard there is sound again


....????

Does any of you also have truble setting this program up??
