there is a great complete cover with vocal in perfect sound quality from sina drums. If you know here not, she do many covers with here kirchhoff drums of the golden rock area 1960-190 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwvzeyI65xAYes! A totally bad ass bass line there. Still have this on 1st issue audio cassette from the 70's. Going to dig this out of the archives and give it a listen in its rendered mass published form. Thank you for the reminder!
BASS!! What are your 3 favourite bass lines of any genre? (With completely irrelevant poll options!)

Benga - the king of basslines in a long dead genre called... dubstep (y'kno, when it was actually an interesting offshoot in UK dance music).

Rhythm & Sound - No Partial (you WILL need a sub for this one)

Ozric Tentacles - Fetch Me The Pongmaster. There's at least 20 other Ozrics tracks I could have chosen - so many of their tracks are built around fairly busy, colourful basslines.

I wonder what synth they used, it was 1984.
By the way, Dennis Edwards died in February, I don't think I saw an RIP thread, just saying...

That mans production is just on another planet.. I think it's a unique combination of gear - running synths through guitar amps - that kind of thing. It's all hardware of course.thecontrolcentre wrote:This track / album changed my approach to making music ...do_androids_dream wrote: Rhythm & Sound - No Partial (you WILL need a sub for this one)
