Another deal came through for labor day, so i thought OK lets upgrade to 9 finally, ten minutes later of being told by the website (Which is actually the slowest webpage i have ever come across) that i can buy only 1, but there being nothing in my shopping cart, i am giving up, you have to wonder how many others are having the exact same issues and just moving on, this is pretty much the last straw now with these people, last bit of support has now dribbled away from me !!

They had an issue with the cart and passwords created before that were not the necessary 8 characters.
Support responded to me quickly.
Compare their chord/melody/bass track to Captain Plugins (which has to have internet communication between modules).
The upgrade to Waveform 9 was a no-brainer for me.

Post

What does their chord melody track being compared to captain plugins have to do with their completely terrible webpage that doesn't work, that reply is just weird ??????
If i have to contact support for impulse purchasing, it is no longer an impulse and it doesn't get bought.

As it happens i was actually buying it just to noodle with the chord melody track (Most of the app is buggy as hell and unstable) but now i can't be bothered anymore.

Spent over an hour trying to buy the upgrade to this.

Seriously messed up email message. Seriously messed up website. Not able to log in.

Over an hour. Then again, it did take me over 12 hours to install Waveform 8.

I'll cut my losses now. I haven't even used the program more than a few times, but thought I'd check out the new version all the same.

Lousy customer support as well. But let's not go in to that.

I'll wait another year or two till you sort your website out.

I tried to contact customer support as advised 'if you have problems logging in'. But guess what? They want me to log in (which I can't).

Absolute clowns.

And I was going to buy that tasty new synth as well. I already got the plugins which are excellent.

Jokers.

Just go to jrrshop and use the code FORUM for extra discount.
You don't need to go through Tracktion to purchase.

Got to be honest, after downloading the latest demo, and seeing this more times in twenty minutes than i have done for the last two years, i am kind of glad their website is crap, this thing still needs to be avoided at all costs, i know the fanboys of this software are terrible, but are they so ridiculous that they are not reporting this garbage or do they not really use the software in any meaningful way, or is the company so poor they are not fixing these issues, this actually locked out the Mac (I decided to test on Mac this time, because the Windows version i tested last time was near unusable) for about twenty seconds before i could get to force quit hahahahahahaha.

Avoid at all costs, there is a reason it is constantly on 50% sale.
(Pretty sure this is going to be blamed on me, or my Mac hahahaha)
