Wusik P2000 V1.0.4 Released

- Added MIDI Learn to instruments and effects. Open the Editor/GUI (click on the E button) and click on MIDI Learn for the options. You can set a set of midi learn values as the default one, so when you load the plugin again it will use those values by default. So you don't need to midi-learn every time you add the plugin.
- Fixed: all MIDI Events are now passed to instrument's effects and master effects.
- Fixed: MIDI Learn now shows in bridged plugins (Windows).
- Fixed: the colour of the preset was wrong on bridged plugins (Windows).
- Fixed: the plugin versions were not loading correctly.
