You didn't contact me with an alert email and I got the trojan email. But I never contacted t&s to say I got one. I'm just wondering if you actually know the true scale of the hacking given that you somehow missed my account as being one of the compromised.
You didn't contact me neither. Do you have any idea who was actually affected? So can you shed some light - was this a trojan that affects mac users?

Timespace limiting PR to Facebook and a handful of enthusiast forums is discouraging. Why is there no mention of the breach on your official website or Twitter?

PLease, can you confirm that no data was stolen from your mailservers? You do send out serials after purchases and troubleshooting. The trojan mails contain real communications between customers and TimeSpace, therefore you must be keeping backups.

Understand that I'm asking because I sure would not like to be blacklisted from my own accounts on the VST makers websites just because Timespace's broken security helped dump my mailed serials into the ether.

Still waiting.

Also, could a moderator move this to a different section of the forum? I feel like some people who need more info will be missing it in the 'for sale' section (no idea why it was here in the first place).
