Your favourite recent Alchemy 2 banks/patches

I'm just going through the (relatively) new Visions bank for Alchemy and the musical quality of Alchemy patches never ceases to amaze me, this bank isn't all to my taste but the patches that are, such as 'Photons', 'Cross talk' and 'Iron Forest' (which gives an idea of the sort of patches I love) are just amazing - I would rate them higher than the max of 5 if I could. Pretty sure Biomechanoid had a hand in these although they are uncredited.
Problem is I just haven't had much time to really catch up with the newer Alchemy banks (Apple seem to have released several in the last year but don't provide any documentation or descriptions of them except for a name hidden in release notes). Also there still seems to be very few third party ones which is such a shame as it's a sound designer's dream synth. So what should I look out for in the new stuff (from Apple and elsewhere)?

As a PC user I hope they have done nothing interesting recently with Alchemy!!!
I am of course bitter as I loved Alchemy and had a lot of sound banks, I had a SSD crash and lost my keyfile, never bothered trying to re-install as Avenger, Falcon and Omni2.5 all came along so I will live!
I guess as there are far, far fewer Alchemy users now than there were in 2015 (when PC users like me owned it and it was still being developed) so there is probably a lot less sound banks being developed (there were a ton of new releases all the time when it was Camel Audio)

X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

As I said they have done tons interesting, I just haven't been able to keep up with it. As was the case when Alchemy was Camel the team always drove most of the bank development and it seems this is still the case, hence the Visions bank and several others over the last year or so, every Logic update seems to bring more presets and features. What they don't do any more though is promote it well, new banks are hidden in release notes rather than properly described and promoted. So it's harder for me to keep up with the new stuff.SLiC wrote:As a PC user I hope they have done nothing interesting recently with Alchemy!!!![]()
However, third party development has dropped off, which is a real pity. Still a large number of owners though, technically every who owns Logic/Mainstage but that doesn't mean they all actually use it actively of course.

I am not a Logic user so I don't use Alchemy 2 (and tbh I was one of the few that didn't think Alchemy the original was all that great sounding to begin with)..
But one of the sound developers whose omnisphere banks I like a lot has recently released an Alchemy 2 bank.

Oh yeah, I forgot, I already have that as well...aMUSEd wrote:Just those and the one by Leap into the Void
But I think Mikael abandoned the subscription idea he had for it first place.
It‘s a pity that there are virtually no soundsets for this amazing synth...

Except Apple/Camel still seem to be bringing more presets out - hence this thread
At least all my old ones work (which means pretty much everything except I think for some Pluginguru stuff)
