Just checked again, different prices here. Currently $199 for K11 and $399 for K11U.noiseboyuk wrote:It looks like that to me too, but on closer inspection the "deal" for K11 is the same price as for K11U. So not actually a deal at all.mutantdog wrote:I went from K10 up to K10U. Looking at the "My Komplete Offers" section in my account, I'm currently offered update deals for both K11 and K11U.

which shows a supposed leak of the gui. It could very well be a photoshop though.. The only differences I see is the inclusion of a 4th oscillator named 'OSC X', and extra modulation module, and the renaming of the '7 PERF' to 'LFO 7' and '8 STEP' to 'LFO 8'.

Nobody's talking about it because it's an obvious fake.
And what would be the point of that "OSC X" if, like in that horrifyingly ugly picture, it's just identical to the other 3 oscillators....why not just call it OSC 4, if it's just, well, OSC 4.
Ugh.

I'm glad to be reminded of the sale. It's funny, it means Komplete is all of 50 whole dollars less for me but it also means that all of the Discovery Series is $199. I'm a little bit flush atm so I figured this is a must buy. Komplete? I'd just as soon keep the 200 bucks diff and limit myself to this. I've spent a LOT of money this week. I have too much of Komplete as it is. I started buying NI when Komplete was 1700 bucks or something. I would have done at half price but of two things I could manage only one of it was the lesser attraction.

It also doesn't make sense to have OSC X between Modulation Oscillators 1 and 2.mholloway wrote:And what would be the point of that "OSC X" if, like in that horrifyingly ugly picture, it's just identical to the other 3 oscillators....why not just call it OSC 4, if it's just, well, OSC 4.VitaminD wrote: which shows a supposed leak of the gui. I have no idea what Massive X will be, but I have a strong suspicion that nobody has guessed right so far.
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.

There was an update for Native Access today. I'm looking at the XML and I guess Kontakt 6 is next, because compared to a new Massive and K12 it's actually still in there:
Fun fact: that serial for Kontakt 6 Player gets accepted by Native Acces, but won't unlock anything (for now)
Also it seems like Komplete Elements has been finally phased out, because Komplete Audio 6 now includes The Gentleman, Monark, DrumLab, Replika & Guitar Rig Elements instead.

Reading this blog post from NI I wouldn't hold my breath - the section about "Massive's future" talks about expansion packs...
https://blog.native-instruments.com/mas ... ts-future/
But I'd love to be surprised

I think it's no more than an advertisement for the preset packs they released in mid-August (some of them containing repackaged old presets), I hope it's not connected to "Massive X" whatever it will be. Accoridng to the leak, it is going to have its own separate "Massive X library"antic604 wrote:Reading this blog post from NI I wouldn't hold my breath - the section about "Massive's future" talks about expansion packs...

I'm aware of that, but that'd be incredibly scummy if X was around the corner and they've not mentioned a word of it in the chapter about its FUTURE...recursive one wrote:I think it's no more than an advertisement for the preset packs they released in mid-August (some of them containing repackaged old presets), I hope it's not connected to "Massive X" whatever it will be. If Massive X is indeed coming, they should simply have a deal "buy Massive + Expansions now, get the X free when it comes out". Like iZotope is doing now with RX7 or how Ableton did last year for Live10.
