Would be better to ask this in the hardware departement.
Presonus has a decent quality in general. Usually with bundles it is the price which could make things attractive. In this case the price is,good, but only if you want to have those tiny speakers. Only good if you plan to use it on the road. Look at the single pieces, and only consider it, if those stuff you would not buy on top is free... Do not include the headphone and the software into the calculation...(any interface will give you software for free to make you upgrade to something more useful, bundled headphones are crap always)
