No MkII at the moment, but I have the GC3 Brass, which is trombone in triplicate.

Here are the notes you need. There's some hum in the samples because there's hum on the tapes.

I don't know. I don't use Reaper. These are WAV files that should be able to load into a sampler and triggered with a MIDI keyboard.

There are two Mellotron sounds...MkII Trombone and MkII Violins.

If you want to play those wav samples on a keyboard, you can use the free plugin Sforzando. It reads the .sfz format
I created n sfz file from the samples using the free editor sfZed
Here is what you need to do
1. Download Sforzando plugin and put it into your plugins folder:
https://www.kvraudio.com/product/sforzando-by-plogue
2a. Download the mellotron trombone samples:
http://www.leisureland.us/audio/MellotronSamples/BB.zip
2b. Extract the samples into a folder
3. Download my sfz file (it's only a mapping, so that Sforzando knows which wav file to play when you press a key):
https://www.file-upload.net/download-13 ... e.sfz.html
4. Put the downloaded sfz file in the same folder as the extracted wav file
5. now start your DAW (for example Reaper), load Sforzando instrument and then you just drag the sfz file from the folder to the user interface (you can also just use the import function, select the folder and load the sfz file)
Now you can play the file. If you download Sforzando, there are also some free libraries on the homepage, including a nice Mellotron library

Coincidentally, the Mellotron library for Sforzando was built from my samples. I never created a full Trombone set though...maybe some day. The same samples are also used in the Redtron_SE VSTi and the Sonic Bloom Mellotron Live Pack for Ableton (although I never got credit for those).
