Thank you for attempting to try "Minial Clock" and I am sorry to hear the problem you are facing.
It sounds more like a bug or installation side of problem i assume.
Can i ask which version you are running? (AU or win 64bit vst or win 32bit vst?)
If you are having problem figuring out how to make any sound out of it,
