Thank you! Meanwhile, I found that disabling "Hard reset on playback start" in (VST window -> + menu -> Compatibility settings) prevents the slight pause when seeking. Not sure if it causes any adverse effects though.

That option is for some unruly VST3 plugins, IIRC. You're good with disabling it on most of your plugins, until you notice something weird, then reenable it just for the plugin that behaves weird while starting playback.

Dimitar, can you pretty please absolutely post all your patches from all your Kuassa Caliburn demos so far?

Just a suggestion --
If Kuassa could add a spring reverb like the one in Vermillion, and/or a basic slapback echo, to the Caliburn standalone, it would make it a lot more fun for me to practice with, without having to fire up a full DAW or insert it into the Axiom standalone -- though that sounds pretty awesome, too.
I was on the fence about buying Caliburn because I was hearing a loss of note clarity and separation when distortion was cranked a bit. Then I noticed that I had the HiQ setting off. Turning it up to 4X fixed this for me, and I'm really enjoying the purchase now.

i can't really praise Caliburn enough, it's beyond awesome.
first of all, Caliburn has quickly become my goto amp for practicing and jamming. it's extremely easy to use and dial in a good cabinet sound. i prefer Thermionik workflow for recording, because i can tweak each individual piece of the chain independently (i.e. swap a pedal, a cab, an amp, etc.), but it's really cumbersome to use when you want simplicity and great sound quickly. Caliburn doesn't have this problem - it's easy to set up, and, more importantly, easy to get great sounds out of. it's by far my favourite ampsim in terms of me actually wanting to use it.
also, after using Caliburn for a while, i suddenly find it extremely hard to coax sounds that i like out of Amplitube cabinet section. i always felt that cabinets were by far Amplitube's weakest spots because the default settings suck and there are a lot of dud cabinets that sound too fizzy or just plain weird. before Caliburn i was kind of tolerating it because i kinda sorta knew my way around it, but after spending a lot of time with Caliburn, i'm finding myself extremely daunted by Amplitube's workflow, and fire it up less and less for that reason. Revalver is much better in that regard, but there are a few things missing from it and it seems that it's been abandoned, again...
finally, the fact that Caliburn is not a "proper" high-gain amp actually forces me to explore putting stomps in front of it. this is where other Kuassa plugins shine - i've never liked the "Heavy" setting on the Kuassa distortion pedal (is it the DS-1?), but put it in front of a dark-ish sounding JCM900 patch, and suddenly you have that missing high end without over-emphasized mids and losing the low-end that you would get if you put an overdrive pedal in front. it suddenly feels like between the pedals and the three Caliburn amps, there isn't a sound that i can't achieve with just Kuassa plugins (well, a good Whammy pedal with Kuassa usability would be awesome to have...). adding Vermillion and Creme into this equation further cements that. we've come a long way from Aradaz amp
bottom line, Caliburn is the first ampsim i am truly in love with.
