Fl studio is my choice. I like the look , simplicity and features. I can create a song from start to finish including mixing and mastering very fast in Fl studio.
I don't even look at other hosts anymore. This one does everything I want.
Which host should I get?

Well.. there isn't any
1. Browse the kvr archive and read simular treaths.
2. Download demo's of the ones you're interrested in.
3. Buy one.
There is nobody here that can decide for you what you need, this depends on you, your workflow even on the interface you prefer.
Now if you insist and want to know what I use.
- Tracktion for studio work
- Live for live performance
And finally i get in EnergyXT at the moment.
Honnestly I think that EnergyXT could replace both, but it needs a certain time to learn it and I'm not ready yet.
For the moment I consider EnergyXT a bit like the linux of the music world.
- It is stable
- It has great features
- It is hard to learn
- It lacks a good and complete manual and tutorials that commercial software has. A couple of guys here work very hard on that and are doing a greate job, but it isn't finished yet.
