To get in touch with Guido seems to be a good idea. I also asked him a few years ago how it goes concerning an update to 64Bit. So if more people ask, maybe this can happen - that would be great. Actually Miles'Tone vanished completely from the website : /

This was my reply back in 2014 though hopefully times have changed and he has more time nowadays:

Hello,
while we had plans for a Milestone version 2, unfortunately our
resources are very scarce and we must respect a timeline on a priority
basis, and this product got a very low priority, so I really don't
know if and when it will ever be completed. I'm sorry.
