hi Im wondering, is there a way to link parameters (macros) like with the effect rack or instrument rack, but across separate tracks?

bonus question: also, is there a way to activate knobs with audio/sidechain?

You could try mapping a single knob on a midi-controller to multiple racks mebbe(?)

word, now im wondering about a virtual midi controller for that, or just how to automate a midi knob not sure how yet

max for live is your friend
you can map 1 control to may
there are examples in the api sections of M4L devices
but i'm not at home to look them up

although I haven't used them myself I did search for what you were looking(possibly) for a while back and found this one.
