Any fans of the old 1980's Radio Shack staple "reverb" (lol) will love Audio Damage's faithful emulation. It's just been updated to a new completely vectorized GUI/UX which allows easy resizing, seperate left and right levels (that can be linked so it behaves like the original hardware), and it also has presets now.

This isn't actually a reverb (although Radio Shack marketed as such back in the 1980's); it's more like a bucket-brigade style delay. Check it out:

No upgrade price from the old one, I guess (or was the old one free? I don't remember now).

It's a free update. If you don't own any version, then it's $19 USD.

Thanks for the headsup. I didn't get an email about it and it's not my (new site) user area. There is a link to the old site in the new support section and the new version was in my user area in the old site. odd. :phones:

Totally underrated plug-in that I forget about, but when I need a terrible sounding delay, it's fantastic!

No problem! Yeah, I weirdly got the email that it came out. Clicked on the link, and it sent me right to my download.

Lol - totally agree! If you ever owned the original (I did), I can attest that it sounded just bad (awesome).

Thanks for the tip! Surprisingly, I also saw version 3 instead of 2.

I had one of these back in the day c1980. I modified mine so that I could expand the delay range. I discovered it could be used as a sort of instrument by playing the controls to the music. so it's great to have this back again and automatable in the DAW. I never would have guessed because it was one of the most ridiculous music products I've come across. :phones:

Nice - very cool demo! Yes, this is exactly how I used to "play" mine back in the day. Love this emulation - Audio Damage did a bang up job!

Ah ok -- I also didn't get an email, and had to log in to the old site to find the link to the new version.

The old site shop seems to work too.
