Music Match Jukebox up to 200mb! yikes!

I was looking through windows explorer to find things I could delete to gain some disk space and found that The MMJB folder was at 200mb.

What sort of things are going on in there? This program wasn't that big when I installed it.

There is a cache folder that is over 100 mb. I don't know what it is. All the files are notepads and they are in code.
Can I delete these? What are they?
