How would you say this comparison to soundtoys little plate?

Little plate is nice but UVI Plate plays in a different/higher league.

little plate has a top-notch sound for a very reduced tweaking or visualization possibilities,

On it (very) narrow area it certainly compete with UVI plates in term of sound quality, though !

For god's sake I don't need another reverb... but that first vocal sample sounded lush beyond belief.

This was exactly my thought process too - Went from absolutely not needing it to instabuy as fast as you can say 'Dan Worrall'

Yup, this seems to be the general ripple effect....I definitely dont need another reverb, I certainly dont need a specialist reverb like a plate....I will look anyway just out of curiosity.....

I've spent 15 minutes with this and I think it's already potentially replaced 3 other reverb plugins for me.

This goes FAR beyond just plate reverb. The sound is absolutely superb. Probably best of 2018 material for me.

Damn, something f**ked up when it updated my iLok manager and even though the trial is showing as activated it doesnt pass the plugin scan in any of my hosts. I uninstalled and reinstalled iLok but no luck.

Ive tried reauthorising it too but that made no difference.

Well, that makes the decision alot easier

Out of curiosity I would like to know if the Physical Modelling used is mainly based on IR.

Actually, IR is clearly the opposite of physical modelling.
Still, IR of real EMT was used to see if the physical modelling matched the reality but there are absolutely no IR in the product itself.

UVI, please make the R/L transducer/microphone XY coordinates open for automation. I know they're not meant for realtime manipulation but many of us create controller macros in DAW's like Ableton Live, Bitwig, Reaper for fast usage.

For example a macro to control the centeredness of both the transducers would be crazy useful (actually in the plugin itself). Now I have to do pixel perfect mouse movements twice for careful and symmetrical parameter changes.

Usually I would advise to try the synchronise option of the iLok licence manager.
If you have still some trouble, it's best to contact Pace directly unfortunately.
