I am looking for hosts/trackers that export to MOD, XM, S3M or IT formats. Or conversion tools.
So far I've found OpenMPT which is very flexible, but I'm wondering if there are any other options. Any ideas forumites?
In case anybody is wondering why, the file sizes can be tiny for lengthy tunes and the formats are supported by the Gideros games engine, which exports to HTML5 among other targets. So file sizes/load times can be very important.
Hosts/tracker that export to MOD, XM, S3M or IT?

OpenMPT is pretty much your best option. For XM files, Milkytracker would be another option. Don't use Milkytracker for MOD and IT files, though. There are conversion tools for Renoise available, iirc, but I wouldn't really trust those kind of conversions too much, depending on how accurate you need the playback to be.
OpenMPT is really worth getting into for classic tracker formats. The default keybindings are a bit nuts, but they can be customized completely.
Edit: And I'd go with the IT format, by the way. It has a few commands that can be quite handy for games, like muting/unmuting channels. You could, for example, unmute a drum track every time an enemy appears and stuff like that.

Thanks for the fast reply!
I'll get stuck into OpenMPT and see what happens, I've been a linear MIDI guy my whole life so it all feels a bit alien to me at the moment. Thanks again (and for the advice re the IT format)!
